Specifies whether to turn off auto-hide for the toast after it has been clicked.

#Remarks

A toast notification automatically disappears after the period specified by DisplayTime. Set the FreezeOnClick property to true to allow users to freeze a toast notification (prevent it from disappearing) with a click.
