Nullable<Boolean>	null	true to always display zero on the value axis; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The value axis always displays zero for an area, bar, or stacked bar series regardless of series values. For other series types, the component displays zero only if it is within the range of series values.

You can set the ZeroAlwaysVisible property to true to force the value axis to display zero regardless of the series type.
