DxPopupBase.EnableAdaptivity Property

Specifies whether the Popup adapts its width on phones and tables.

Namespace: DevExpress.Blazor

Assembly: DevExpress.Blazor.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Blazor

#Declaration

C#
[DefaultValue(true)]
[Parameter]
public bool EnableAdaptivity { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Default Description
Boolean true

true if adaptive behavior is enabled; otherwise, false.

#Remarks

The Popup’s width adapts to the viewport width on phones and tablets. Set the EnableAdaptivity property to false to disable the predefined adaptive behavior. You can implement custom adaptivity as shown in the example below. Use media queries to create a custom CSS class and assign it to the Popup’s CssClass property.

<div @onclick="@(() => PopupVisible = true)">
    <p>CLICK TO SHOW A POP-UP WINDOW</p>
</div>

<DxPopup @bind-Visible="@PopupVisible"
         HeaderText="Header"
         BodyText="Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Mauris sit amet metus vel
             nisi blandit tincidunt vel efficitur purus. Nunc nec turpis tempus, accumsan orci auctor,
             imperdiet mauris. Fusce id purus magna."
         EnableAdaptivity="false"
         CssClass="custom-popup-adaptivity" />

@code {
    bool PopupVisible { get; set; } = false;
}
