Remarks
Use the ToolTipEnabled property to activate (deactivate) a tooltip at the level of a particular 2D XYSeries.
After that, it becomes possible to customize the tooltip appearance and position on a diagram via the ChartControl.ToolTipOptions property.
If you need to change the tooltip appearance, it can be done via the Series.ToolTipSeriesPattern and Series.ToolTipSeriesTemplate properties.
