The AxisScaleChanged event's data class is AxisScaleChangedEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

RoutedEvent Gets or sets the RoutedEvent associated with this RoutedEventArgs instance. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.
ScaleModeChange Returns information about scale mode changes.
