ScrollBarOptions Properties

Provides options which define how scroll bars are painted.

Alignment	Specifies the alignment of the axis scroll bar.
AnnotatedElements	Gets or sets chart elements for which scroll bar annotations are shown.
BarThickness	Gets or sets the thickness of scroll bars.
