A base class for all navigation options available in the Chart control.

Name	Description
UseKeyboardProperty static	Identifies the NavigationOptionsBase.UseKeyboard dependency property.
UseMouseProperty static	Identifies the NavigationOptionsBase.UseMouse dependency property.
UseTouchDeviceProperty static	Identifies the NavigationOptionsBase.UseTouchDevice dependency property.
