FileDialogBase.FileName Property

Using file paths sourced from untrusted input may expose unauthorized files or allow unintended file access. Always validate and normalize all external paths to prevent path manipulation.
Gets or sets the selected file name, or an empty string if no file was selected. This property is identical to the standard FileDialog.FileName property.

Remarks
In XtraSaveFileDialog, the FileName property specifies the name under which the file is saved.
In XtraOpenFileDialog, the FileName can be one of two things:
- if the dialog’s
MultiSelectproperty equals false, theFileNameis the name of the opened file; - if the dialog’s
MultiSelectproperty equals true, theFileNameis the name of first selected file. For a complete list of opened files’ names, use the FileNames property instead.
