    This help topic describes system requirements to install and use DevExpress WinForms Controls. It lists supported versions of .NET Framework, .NET, and Visual Studio, and explains how to choose the correct configuration for your projects.

    Use this information before installing DevExpress or upgrading an existing application.

    Supported .NET Framework Versions

    Use the following table to verify compatibility between your DevExpress version and the target .NET Framework.

    Important

    If you target an unsupported .NET Framework version, the DevExpress-powered project may not compile or may fail at runtime.
