Use this constructor to create a new instance of the MemoExEdit control at runtime. The constructor initializes the extended memo editor with default settings.

To create an extended memo editor for in-place editing (for use in the Grid Control or other DevExpress container controls) you should create a corresponding repository item (RepositoryItemMemoExEdit) and assign it to a column.
