After the ShowPopup method is called, the BaseSpinEdit.QueryPopUp event occurs. If this event was not canceled, the pop-up window is shown and the BaseSpinEdit.Popup event fires.
To close a pop-up window in code, use the BaseSpinEdit.ClosePopup or BaseSpinEdit.CancelPopup methods.
