Remarks
This member supports the grid control’s internal infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Important note: the method’s return value may not match the ability to drag the column header. For instance, the method doesn’t take into account the GridView.DragObjectStart event handler that may prohibit header dragging for particular columns.
