#Remarks
This method returns false in the cases listed below:
- the row handle corresponds to a hidden auto filter row (the View’s GridOptionsView.ShowAutoFilterRow property is set to false);
- the row handle corresponds to a hidden new item row (the View’s GridOptionsView.NewItemRowPosition property is set to the NewItemRowPosition.None value);
- there isn’t any row with the specified handle.
