Remarks

Use the ClientEnabled property to specify the ribbon item’s initial ability to respond to end-user interactions (such as mouse hovering or clicks). An item’s availability state, defined via this property, can then be dynamically changed on the client side using the ASPxClientRibbonItem.SetEnabled method.
