Remarks

Use the AllowExpanding property to specify whether the group can be expanded and collapsed.

When the ASPxNavBar.AllowExpanding ( the NavBarSettings.AllowExpanding for MVC framework) property is set to false, the AllowExpanding property is not in effect.
