TabPage.ActiveTabTemplate Property
Gets or sets a template used for displaying the content of the current page’s tab when it’s active.
Namespace: DevExpress.Web
Assembly: DevExpress.Web.v24.1.dll
NuGet Package: DevExpress.Web
Declaration
Property Value
Type | Default | Description |
---|---|---|
ITemplate | null | An object supporting the System.Web.UI.ITemplate interface which contains the template. |
Remarks
Use the ActiveTabTemplate property to define the content for the current page’s tab when it’s in the selected state. The template created using this property replaces the active tab’s content - in particular, the image and text associated with the tab.
Note that any style settings defined for the active tab via specific properties (such as the ASPxTabControlBase.ActiveTabStyle or TabBase.ActiveTabStyle) are still in effect for the tab whose contents are specified through using the ActiveTabTemplate property.
To define a common content of an active tab in a page control, use the control’s ASPxPageControl.ActiveTabTemplate property.
Note
Once a template defined via the ActiveTabTemplate property is created within a page control, it is instantiated within a container object of the PageControlTemplateContainer type. This container object exposes a set of specific properties to which the template’s child controls can be bound.
