Available values:

Name	Description
Left	An image is displayed at the element’s left, to the left of the text.
Top	An image is displayed at the element’s top, above the text.
Right	An image is displayed at the element’s right, to the right of the text.
Bottom	An image is displayed at the element’s bottom, below the text.

Remarks

Use the ItemImagePosition property to specify the image position for root item images. Note that sub-item images are always displayed to the left of item captions.
