Remarks

Use the BaseColumn.CellToolTipTemplate property to define a cell tooltip template for a specific column. To define the cell tooltip template for the entire grid view, use the CellToolTipTemplate property. To get the actual cell tooltip template applied to the current column, use the BaseColumn.ActualCellToolTipTemplate property.

Note

• If the cell tooltip template is defined using the BaseColumn.CellToolTipTemplate property, the cell tooltip template defined via the CellToolTipTemplate property is not in effect.
• To show a template specified with the CellToolTipTemplate, you should specify the BaseColumn.CellToolTipBinding property.
