A container for tabbed layout groups.

ActiveTabIndex	Specifies the index of the selected tabbed layout item.

ColSpanLg	Specifies the number of columns an item, group, or tab pages occupies on a large screen (992px or wider). Inherited from FormLayoutItemBase.
