Key Tips are controlled by the Key Tip manager. The BackstageViewBaseKeyTipManager class provides properties and methods that offer you total control over the behavior and content of key tips. For example, use the ShowKeyTips and HideKeyTips methods to display and hide key tips in code, respectively.

To set a Key Tip for an item within a BackstageViewControl, use the BackstageViewItem.KeyTip property.
