TreeListView.NodeUpdated Event

Occurs after the changes made within the focused node are posted to a data source.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.Grid

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.Grid.v20.1.dll

Declaration

public event TreeListNodeEventHandler NodeUpdated
Public Event NodeUpdated As TreeListNodeEventHandler

Event Data

The NodeUpdated event's data class is TreeListNodeEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

Property Description
Handled Gets or sets a value that indicates the present state of the event handling for a routed event as it travels the route. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.
Node Gets the processed node.
OriginalSource Gets the original reporting source as determined by pure hit testing, before any possible Source adjustment by a parent class. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.
RoutedEvent Gets or sets the RoutedEvent associated with this RoutedEventArgs instance. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.
Row Gets the processed row.
Source Gets or sets a reference to the object that raised the event. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.

Remarks

The grid automatically validates the changes made within the focused node when the node focus is about to be moved to another node. This can also be manually accomplished by calling the DataViewBase.CommitEditing method. If all new values are valid, they are posted to the grid's data source. As a result, the NodeUpdated event is raised. The processed node is returned by the TreeListNodeEventArgs.Node property.
