Remarks

Use the ScrollBarAnnotationsCreating event to create predefined scrollbar annotations. In the ScrollBarAnnotationsCreating‘s event handler, pass a set of rows with corresponding annotations to event arguments ScrollBarAnnotationsCreatingEventArgs.CustomScrollBarAnnotations property.
