This property returns True if the test point falls within the navigator’s bounds; otherwise, False.

For the TcxCustomHitTestController class, the HitAtNavigator property always returns False. TcxCustomHitTestController descendants (TcxvgHitTest and TcxTreeListHitTest) return property values that are specific to the controls associated with these descendants.
