GridViewBase.ShowGroupedColumns Property

Gets or sets whether the grouped columns are displayed within a view. This is a dependency property.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.Grid

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.Grid.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Wpf.Grid.Core

#Declaration

public bool ShowGroupedColumns { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Description
Boolean

true to display the grouped columns within a view; otherwise, false.

#Remarks

When grouping is applied, group rows display the values of grouped columns. By default, grouping columns are not displayed within a View. Their headers are displayed within the Group Panel. This avoids displaying superfluous information.

When the TableView.AllowPartialGrouping option is enabled, grouped columns are displayed within a view regardless of the current value of the GridViewBase.ShowGroupedColumns property.

To make an individual column visible, use the GridColumn.ShowGroupedColumn property.
