Available values:

Name	Description
Radial	Arc scale labels are painted radially to the corresponding values on a scale.
Tangent	Arc scale labels are painted tangentially to the corresponding values on a scale.
LeftToRight	Arc scale labels are painted from left to right.
BottomToTop	Arc scale labels are painted from bottom to top.
TopToBottom	Arc scale labels are painted from top to bottom.
