Remarks

A range is used to mark intervals on a circular scale. An instance of an arc scale range is represented by the ArcScaleRange object. It can be accessed as an item of the ArcScaleRangeCollection object returned by the ArcScale.Ranges property.

A typical arc scale range is shown in the image below:
