Specifies whether the edit value can be modified.

Remarks

If the ReadOnly property is set to True, the CanModify method always returns False.

If ReadOnly is False, the return value depends on the editor type. For non data-aware editors, CanModify returns True. For data-aware editors, the return value is defined by the read-only status of the linked field.
