RepositoryItemTokenEdit.AutoHeightMode Property

Gets or sets the TokenEdit control’s auto-hide mode.

Namespace: DevExpress.XtraEditors.Repository

Assembly: DevExpress.XtraEditors.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Win.Navigation

#Declaration

[DefaultValue(TokenEditAutoHeightMode.Default)]
[DXCategory("Behavior")]
public TokenEditAutoHeightMode AutoHeightMode { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Default Description
DevExpress.XtraEditors.TokenEditAutoHeightMode Default

A DevExpress.XtraEditors.TokenEditAutoHeightMode enumerator value that specifies the TokenEdit control’s auto-hide mode.

#Remarks

The TokenEditAutoHeightMode.RestrictedExpand value means that if there is not enough free space to display the TokenEdit content, it will automatically expand vertically until it reaches the maximum lines count, specified by the RepositoryItemTokenEdit.MaxExpandLines property. The TokenEditAutoHeightMode.Expand value forces the editor to ignore the RepositoryItemTokenEdit.MaxExpandLines setting and allows it to infinitely expand its height (equal to the Default value).
