Property Value
Type | Default | Description |
---|---|---|
Boolean | true | true if the RepositoryItemButtonEdit.TextEditStyle property is automatically set to TextEditStyles.Standard, when the editor is displayed within a FilterControl and FilterEditorControl; otherwise, false. |
Remarks
In-place editors are used in a FilterControl and FilterEditorControl to select/edit values in filter conditions. If a Filter Control is used to build filter expressions for a container control (e.g. GridControl), the container control’s in-place editor is also used within the Filter Control. By default, the ResetTextEditStyleToStandardInFilterControl property is set to true. In this mode, the RepositoryItemButtonEdit.TextEditStyle property is automatically set to TextEditStyles.Standard for editors displayed within the FilterControl, allowing users to select/edit values in filter conditions. If the ResetTextEditStyleToStandardInFilterControl property is set to false, the editor’s RepositoryItemButtonEdit.TextEditStyle property is not modified by the Filter Control, and is left as is.
