Returns the identifier for a specific shell node.

Remarks

When working with the Shell API directly, call this function to obtain the identifier for the shell item specified by the ANode parameter.

Call one of the following functions to obtain the identifier’s text representation:

• For any shell item, the GetPIDLDisplayName function declared in the cxShellListView unit.
• For standard shell items only, the GetPidlName function declared in the cxShellCommon unit.
