#Remarks
Set the AutoScroll property to True, to enable auto-scrolling. If the AutoScroll property is False, the visibility of scrollbars is handled manually, via the scrollbar’s Visible property.
If the scrollbar’s Range property is specified, the AutoScroll property is automatically disabled.
The default value of the AutoScroll property is True.
