Boolean	true to lock the anchor; otherwise, false.

Remarks

If the LockAnchor property is true, you cannot move a shape anchor to a different position in a document (the Rich Text Editor does not support this operation). The anchor also does not move when you move the shape. The shape always remains on the same page as its anchor.
