Remarks
The ScaleY property specifies the scaling factor of the picture relative to its DocumentImage.OriginalSize, i.e. the original size corresponds to the ScaleY equal to 1. When using the scaling command, note that the ScaleY property specifies the ratio of the projected size to the current DocumentImage.Size, as a percent.
