Remarks
Columns in the Grid Control have a GridColumn.SortMode property which specifies how the column’s data is sorted when sorting is applied to it. If this property is set to the ColumnSortMode.Default value, the manner in which the column’s data is sorted is determined by the RequireDisplayTextSorting property of the editor assigned to the column. If the RequireDisplayTextSorting property’s value is true, the column’s cells are sorted by the displayed text. Otherwise, if this property’s value is false, the cells are sorted by their values.
This property is overridden by descendants to return true.
