Parameters

index	Int32	The position at which the item should be inserted.
item	RadioGroupItem	The RadioGroupItemCollection.Item to insert.

Remarks

The Insert method inserts a new element at the specified position by moving all following elements to the end of the collection. If index equals the number of items in the collection, the item is appended to the collection.

The RadioGroupItemCollection.Add and RadioGroupItemCollection.AddRange methods allow you to add items to the end of the collection.
