Remarks

This method initializes a new instance of the CheckedListBoxItem class and adds it to the end of the collection. The item’s ListBoxItem.Value and CheckedListBoxItem.CheckState properties are set to the values specified by the parameters, the CheckedListBoxItem.Enabled property is set to true.
