The Showing event's data class is EventArgs.

#Remarks

Handle the Showing event to perform custom actions before the BackstageViewControl is shown. To perform actions after the BackstageViewControl is shown, handle the BackstageViewControl.Shown event.

The BackstageViewControl.Hiding and BackstageViewControl.Hidden events are fired before and after the BackstageViewControl is hidden, respectively.

To show or hide the BackstageViewControl assigned to a RibbonControl, use the RibbonControl.ShowApplicationButtonContentControl or RibbonControl.HideApplicationButtonContentControl methods, respectively.
