Gets a regular tooltip’s title displayed within the specified control.

Remarks
Use the GetTitle function to get a regular tooltip’s title displayed within the specified control. To set a regular tooltip, tooltip’s title and the tooltip’s icon type for the control, use the ToolTipController.SetToolTip, ToolTipController.SetTitle and ToolTipController.SetToolTipIconType methods.
