PivotGridControl.FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector Property

Gets or sets an object that chooses a template, used to display field headers in the Field List when they are arranged in a tree. This is a dependency property.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.PivotGrid

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.PivotGrid.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Wpf.PivotGrid

#Declaration

public DataTemplateSelector FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Description
DataTemplateSelector

A DataTemplateSelector descendant that chooses a template based on custom logic.

#Remarks

A template that defines the presentation of field headers in the Field List is specified by the PivotGridControl.FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplate property. If you have more than one template that can be used to render field headers, you can implement custom logic to choose the required template. To do this, derive from the DataTemplateSelector class, implement the SelectTemplate method that returns a template which meets the required condition, and assign an instance of this class to the FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector property.

The FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector is used for those fields whose PivotGridField.HeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector property is not specified.

The FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplateSelector is in effect only if the PivotGridControl.FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplate property is set to null (Nothing in Visual Basic). Otherwise, the PivotGridControl.FieldHeaderTreeViewTemplate template is used.

To specify a template selector that defines a template used to display field headers when they are arranged in a list, use the PivotGridControl.FieldHeaderListTemplateSelector property.
