PivotGridControl.AllowSort Property

Gets or sets whether end-users can change the sort order of fields. This is a dependency property.

Namespace: DevExpress.Xpf.PivotGrid

Assembly: DevExpress.Xpf.PivotGrid.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Wpf.PivotGrid

#Declaration

public bool AllowSort { get; set; }

#Property Value

Type Description
Boolean

true to allow end-users to change the sort order of fields; otherwise, false.

#Remarks

The AllowSort property is in effect for those fields whose PivotGridField.AllowSort property is set to null. If the AllowSort property is set to false, the sort glyphs are not displayed within field headers, preventing end-users from changing the sort order of fields.

The sort order of fields can also be changed via code using their PivotGridField.SortOrder property.
