GridControl Quick Actions and Smart Tags
You can use the WPF XAML Designer to configure the GridControl without writing a single line of code.
Quick Actions
Quick Actions are available in Visual Studio 2019 v16.10 and later. They replace Smart Tags in the new WPF XAML Designer.
To invoke Quick Actions for the GridControl or any of its elements, click the glyph button at the top right corner of the GridControl in the design view.
You can use the Document Outline Window to select an element for which to invoke Quick Actions.
Smart Tags
Smart Tags – an alternative to Quick Actions – are used when the new WPF XAML Designer is disabled or not available.
To access the smart tags, click the smart tag glyph at the top right corner of the control in the design view.
