Remarks

Use this property to access settings affecting drag-and-drop functionality of a shell list view. These settings define:

• Whether drag-and-drop functionality is enabled within the shell list view (see the DragDropSettings.AllowDragObjects property description).
• Visual effects, displayed during scrolling (see the DragDropSettings.DefaultDropEffect and DragDropSettings.DropEffect property descriptions).

Note

Not all shell items can be involved in drag-and-drop operations. You cannot drag-and-drop, for instance, disk drives, Control Panel, My Computer and other special system shell items.
