Remarks

To define error criteria for a container control item, you need to handle one of the following events:

• The Properties.OnValidateDrawValue event of a vertical grid row.

• The OnValidateDrawValue event of a tree list column.

A container control denotes all validation errors on its scrollbar if both the Active and ShowErrors properties are set to True.

Note

Grid and Server modes do not support error scrollbar annotations.

The ShowErrors property’s default value is True.
