Adds a new custom property with the specified name and value to the collection of custom properties for the document.

Parameters

name	String	A string that specifies the name of a custom property.
value	DateTime	A DateTime value that specifies the value of a custom property.

Remarks

The property is created with the type set to “Date” as displayed in the Document Properties Dialog.

If the property already exists, an exception is thrown.
