DashboardSettings.AsyncMode Property

Gets or sets whether Async mode is activated for a dashboard control.

Namespace: DevExpress.DashboardCommon

Assembly: DevExpress.Dashboard.v21.2.Core.dll

Declaration

public static DefaultBoolean AsyncMode { get; set; }

Property Value

Type Description
DefaultBoolean

True to activate Async mode; otherwise, False or Default.

Available values:

Name Description
True

true. DefaultBoolean.True has a constant value of 0, while the standard true value corresponds to a value of 1. In Visual Basic, do not use implicit conversion of Boolean values to DefaultBoolean, and vice versa, as the conversion may produce incorrect results.

False

false. DefaultBoolean.False has a constant value of 1, while the standard false value corresponds to a value of 0. In Visual Basic, do not use implicit conversion of Boolean values to DefaultBoolean, and vice versa, as the conversion may produce incorrect results.

Default

The default behavior determined by the control’s logic.

Remarks

The DashboardSettings.AsyncMode property is in effect when the DashboardControl.AsyncMode property is not specified.

The following code snippet activates Async mode:

DashboardSettings.AsyncMode = DefaultBoolean.True;

Note

The Default values of DashboardSettings properties are set based on the DevExpress installation version. You can, however, use the DashboardSettings.DefaultSettingsCompatibilityMode property to change the default settings and specify the version settings you wish to use.
