Remarks
The touch-aware time-editing UI can be enabled with the RepositoryItemTimeEdit.TimeEditStyle property.
The TouchUIMinuteIncrement property allows you to specify the step by which minutes increment in this UI. The value of 60 must be multiple of TouchUIMinuteIncrement, i.e. the following values are accepted by this property: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 60.
