#Remarks

When clicking outside an open menu, the menu closes and a UI element (e.g., button) underneath the pointer is clicked. When the SuppressMouseEventOnOuterMouseClick property is enabled, mouse events for elements on the form surface are intercepted if a popup menu is open.
