Specifies if the cell drag-and-drop data moving and copying functionality is available to an end-user.

Remarks

Set the DragMoving property to False to forbid an end-user from moving and copying cells by dragging the selection.

If the capability to move or copy selected cells by using the drag and drop is enabled, the mouse pointer changes from crArrow to crSizeAll when positioned over the selection frame:
