Namespace: DevExpress.XtraPivotGrid

Assembly: DevExpress.XtraPivotGrid.v24.2.dll

NuGet Package: DevExpress.Win.PivotGrid

#Declaration

public AppearanceObject FieldValue { get; }

#Property Value

Type Description
AppearanceObject

A AppearanceObject object which provides the appearance settings used to paint field values.

#Remarks

The FieldValue property specifies the appearance of all field values. These settings can be overridden by individual fields. Use the field’s PivotGridFieldAppearances.Value property to do this. If the Pivot Grid Control is painted in the WindowsXP, Office2003 or Skin style, the appearance settings used to paint the background of field values are ignored.

If the appearance settings provided by the PivotGridAppearancesBase.FieldValueGrandTotal and PivotGridAppearancesBase.FieldValueTotal properties are not specified, the appearance of grand totals and totals is specified by the FieldValue property.

Field values can also be custom painted using the PivotGridControl.CustomDrawFieldValue event.

For more information on appearances, see the Appearances topic.
