Remarks

The FieldHeader property specifies the default appearance settings of all field headers. You can override these settings for individual fields using the field’s PivotGridFieldAppearances.Header property.

The FieldHeader setting is ignored if the Pivot Grid Control is painted in the WindowsXP, Office2003 or Skin style.

Field headers can also be custom painted using the PivotGridControl.CustomDrawFieldHeader event.

Note that some settings exposed by the AppearanceObject are not in effect for field headers (e.g., AppearanceObject.BackColor).
